Associate Director of Special Events

Reporting to the Development Director, the Associate Director of Special Events is essential to the organization’s fundraising efforts, with significant emphasis on increasing engagement through patron-focused programming. This position will play a role in strategically developing and executing a yearly schedule of events for donors—including exhibition openings and the patron travel program—and have substantial responsibility managing and coordinating PAF’s most important fundraising event of the year, the annual Public Art Fund Party.



Deputy Director of External Affairs

The Deputy Director of External Affairs will play a critical role within the organization’s leadership team as PAF enters the next phase of its growth, guided by our mission, strategic goals, and commitment to diversity, equity, access and inclusion. The position works closely with the President and Board of Trustees and reports to the Artistic & Executive Director. They will oversee the Development and Communications departments and directly supervise the Development Director and Communications Director. This role will be an experienced, inspirational and effective fundraiser and communicator, serving as a key institutional leader, strategist, and advocate for the Development and Communications departments.
