About the Exhibition
Willie Birch (b.1942, New Orleans, LA) created a four-paneled painting depicting people relaxing in everyday life. Between trees and benches, a man is depicted pushing his bicycle while in the background two children play a game of ball.
Birch’s wall painting is among the wall paintings featured at the Park and Recreation Department’s 1984 Mini Pool Olympics held on August 28th, 1984.
