About the Exhibition

As part of the artist-in-residence program at Bryant Park, Scott Pfaffman (b.1954) has created four large carved wooden statues representing rough characteristic likenesses of benevolent American figures from history. The works each weigh approximately 2,000 pounds and stand on diamond shaped bases.
